Job Title: Project/Program Manager

Location: Remote – Eastern Time Zone preferred


Job Description:

  • Prior Dell experience is a major plus
  • Experience supporting large scale managed deployments in the End User Computing and/or Enterprise space
  • Strong communication and reporting skills
  • Knowledge of CDM, Changepoint, Financial Force is recommended

Skills:

  • Project/Program Management skills
  • Ability to manage customer’s questions and escalations
  • Ability to handle Project Recovery and escalations
  • Ability to track and oversee multiple simultaneous workstreams
  • Prior Managed Deployment experience/exposure
