Mandatory skills	Customer is looking for a person who has experience in SAP projects (not as an SME or consultant); basic/high level understand would work because he/she is going to manage the SAP projects.
Client Interview Needed for Selection (Yes / No)	Yes
Detailed JD	Experience Required: 5+ years Hands on PM with BA blend with Financials background. Should know the SAP as a whole and should be able to relate SAP functionalities. Person from SAP Functional background will be highly preferred. Financials, TAX, Banking knowledge is a plus. PeopleSoft background may be helpful as well. Does not need generic Project/Program Manager. Per should have experience in executing Financials project and should be able to take go/no-go decisions. Plan and manage business projects, and make sure they are completed on time, meet the needs of the client and stay within budget. Determine what the client or company wants to achieve. Create timelines; and determine costs and resources needed. Manage team to create and execute project plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Report the project progress to senior managers and the client. Manage risks and manage to avoid delays.
