Program Facilitation:


  • Facilitation and organization of Program/Product Cadences (Review, Planning, Refinements), Executive Updates, Quarterly Planning
  • Facilitate info flow and planning between program and products teams
  • Works with the Program teams who prioritizes the features to be considered in the next program increment (PI) planning cycle.
  • Manage program level coordination, such as creating timelines, milestones, and cadence of increments and releases and oversee the development of reports and analyses that document program activity.
  • Helping Product Owners Managing change to the products plans and the impacts of those changes.
  • Drive cross team and departmental dependencies & impediments, planning, collaboration, and coordination.
  • Proven, prior experience as Release Train Engineer for Products or in supporting large scale product development. 
  • Proven experience as a Program / Project Manager

Program Tracking and Priorities Visibility:


  • Tracking overall schedule, progress, and impact to program delivery
  • Help the program visualize and understand priorities, for effective backlog planning across program and product teams
  • Support Program Leaders and CPOs in pivoting priorities as needed, based on overall capacity and risks, with frequent inspection/adaptation
  • Help teams surface and track issues related to product view with a focus on impact to customer experience
  • Audit support
  • Progress Reporting
  • Standardize reporting expectations


Communication & Collaboration:

•  • Continuous interface and interaction with Release and Defect management

•  • Escalation mitigation for delivery and defects as surfaced from Issue Mgmt and Program Testing Teams

•  • Raising and driving Swarms for increased E2E collaboration between internal teams and vendors

•  • Drive collaboration and communication necessary to ensure delivery success, including success management of risk and dependencies

•  • Communicating and organizing demos and impacts, reviews, and regular program summaries

•  • Actively contribute to advancing our lean processes to drive efficiency and improve effectiveness while supporting organic maturation of teams

• Inspect and identify continuous improvements between vendors and internal teams- tools, logs, process
