What you’ll need to succeed:

  • 7+ years of related experience in project / program
  • management
  • Proven ability to drive results, especially in a matrixed or
  • influence based environment
  • Experience and deep understanding of software development
  • methodologies and principles (including SDLC, Lean, Scrum,
  • Kanban, Agile Principles, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe))
  • Can work well under pressure; manage tight deadlines and
  • situations where conflicting priorities arise
  • Ability to manage of competing priorities and schedules to get your project across the finish line.
  • Adaptability to changes and uncertainty
  • Keen perception to identifying early indications of risks and issues and ability to effectively manage and resolve them.
  • Excellent organization and planning skills using with effective visuals that quickly gets teams aligned.
  • Implement process to measure and improve efficiency of engineering teams; serving as an Agile coach and mentor.
  • Identify improvement opportunities to better operationalize across the board.

What you’ll do:

  • Take initiative and ownership and hit the ground running to drive multiple cross-functional programs, end-to-end.
  • Facilitate project kickoffs, technical design discussions, planning, prioritization.
  • Partner with product, engineering, design, program and stakeholders to manage dependencies, define schedules, and drive alignment.
  • Manage blockers, risks and issues, scope and priorities changes, dependencies within the programs to ensure timely delivery.
  • Lead program review updates and share status to provide clarity and transparency on the health of the program to different levels in the org and partners.
  • Continuously identify and implement improvement opportunities drive efficiencies across the org.
  • Foster a collaborative working environment for teams.
  • Effectively navigate uncertainty and change with composure and poise.
  • Proactively identify, deconstruct and solve complex problems quickly, simply and succinctly.
  • Effectively handle change and risk, collaborate with colleagues to ensure the right decisions are made at the right time, appropriate communication occurs, and plans are intelligently adjusted to reflect vital fluctuations in goals and requirements.
  • Coach teams to increase their efficiency and productivity through refinement of their Agile processes.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience as Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach
  • Driven Agile transformation / implemented Agile methodologies to an organization
  • Retail / e-commerce industry experience
  • Experience delivering end-to-end mobile app solutions with a wide user base
  • Familiar with Scaled Agile Framework principles and practices
  • JIRA / Confluence power user
  • Previous development experience
