Required Skills Experience
10 years of experience in IT or cybersecurity with 5 years in IAM program/project management.
Hands-on understanding of SailPoint (IdentityIQ IdentityNow)

Role Description:
? Program Management Governance
? Lead and manage IAM programs and SailPoint implementation projects across multiple business units.
? Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and success criteria aligned with security and compliance objectives.
? Establish program governance, reporting cadence, and communication plans for stakeholders and executive leadership.
? Track risks, dependencies, and issues ensure proactive mitigation and escalation management.
? Technical Leadership (SailPoint IAM Platforms) Oversee end-to-end delivery of SailPoint (IdentityIQ, IdentityNow) projects including integration, customization, and lifecycle management.
? Collaborate with IAM architects and engineers to define role-based access models, certification campaigns, and access governance workflows.
? Ensure successful integrations with AD, Azure AD, ServiceNow, HR systems, and application directories.
? Provide functional and technical oversight to ensure adherence to architecture and security standards.

Stakeholder Management
o Act as the primary contact for IAM program communications across IT, business, audit, and compliance teams.
o Lead steering committee and technical governance meetings with clear reporting on milestones, risks, and metrics.
o Translate technical concepts into business language for executive updates.
o Partner with vendors and system integrators to align solution delivery with enterprise requirements.

Operational Excellence
o Define KPIs and metrics for access governance, provisioning, and compliance posture.
o Drive continuous improvement in joiner-mover-leaver processes, access reviews, and entitlement management.
o Support audit, SOX, and regulatory compliance initiatives related to identity and access controls.
o Promote automation and process optimization to enhance user experience and reduce operational overhead.
