Position: Program Director
Location: Charlotte, NC (Banking Domain)

Job Description:
Experienced in managing global programs spanning across multi-locations team spread);
· Ability to demonstrate in Initiating and setting goals for programs according to organization objectives
· Planning the programs from start to completion involving deadlines, milestones and processes
· Developing or approving budgets and operations
· Devise evaluation strategies and fine tune / come up with options 'out of box' through the program
· People Management Skills and devising upliftment strategies/ efficiencies/ productivity of people
· Applying change, risk, resource management principles and experience
· Review reports and summarize progress and identify blockers
· Legal and Contractual experience and identifying blockers/ challenges proactively
· Ability to articulate and keep internal and customer stakeholders informed
· Ability to contribute in estimations, review and provide solutions
· Ability to provide inputs in SOW creations, proposals and other pre sales activities
· Accountable for Program delivery and value realization;
Responsibilities:
· 10+ Years of experience in managing client engagements / programs
· Accountable and/or responsible for overall engagement / program delivery and success ($15M+ Annual Budget of the Program/Engagement).
· Managed programs / large solutions in scaled agile ways of working;
· Ability to stere the engagements with Agile metrics and management cadence
· Proficient understanding of one (more is better) of the Industry segment
· Ability to appreciate business-technology areas for managing and delivering the program
Must Have any Relevant Certification:
· e.g. PMI - PgMP/PMP/Agile Program Mgmt.; OGC - Managing Successful Programs (MSP)/Prince2, Any SAFe Certification;
