Job Description:

This team supports Accounting Applications – Loan Accounting and Executive Accounting Applications
Business team creates reports on these financial applications.
Team executes daily execution – monthly processing etc.
Team uses Unix/Linux Servers, Oracle Database, Autosys, SQL and some AWS
Migrating apps to AWS, hence knowledge of AWS is good to have
Majority things are on-prem cloud
Will be supporting issues, troubleshooting, maintenance, resolving tickets, investigating incidents, Root Cause Analysis, triaging, etc.
If the issue is repetitive, they check the scripts if it can be resolved with automation.
If it is not repetitive, then he/she will escalate it to the designated team

MUST HAVE:

Application/Production Support – Troubleshooting, maintenance, resolving tickets, investigating incidents, root cause analysis, triaging, etc.
Autosys – For Job Scheduling
Unix/Linux
