We are seeking an experienced and outstanding Scrum Master or Product Owner – experience 10+ years – Scrum Master for one of our esteemed clients.
The job description is as follows:
Role: Scrum Master OR Product Owner
Location: Plano,TX (Initial Remote)
Duration: Long term Contract
Exerience & Qualification:
- Current Scrum industry certification: Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
- Client would like this person to be technical enough to be able to challenge the team on product level (not only process). Navigation would be perfect - automotive, software or related would be minimum.
- Facilitating, organizing, coordinating and monitoring activities and functions of development projects in cooperation with other departments and outside agencies, and contractors.
- Analyzes and prepares written reports on program and project performance using qualitative analyses, and other project techniques.
- Ability to remove barriers from production teams (i.e., development, infrastructure, documentation and escalate issues where appropriate).
- The Scrum Master (SM) is responsible for facilitating team level Agile processes and release train execution around requirements definition, scope, and delivery.
- The SM must resolve team level impediments, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement throughout the delivery teams and lifecycle.
- The SM has a working level understanding of Agile Scrum and Kanban principles and practices, and understands the unique opportunities and challenges associated with organizing, facilitating, and continuously aligning the scrum team with the guiding business strategy.
- The SM will be working with data movement and application support teams, implementing
- Scrum and Kanban practices to deliver based upon customer needs.
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills
