Job Description :
Lead cross-finctional teams to understand and realise product concepts to delivery.
Analysing product performance and designing as required.
Support the growth of building out features that add value to the customers and focus on the product experience.
Developing the product strategy and roadmap
Engage with internal and external partners on a regular basis to communicate progress and collect feedback as part of the development process.
Capture requirements and synthesize diverse information into relevant improvements to products and services.
Lead qualitative and quatitative user research initiatives for data-driven decision making.
Help build roadmaps, partnering with stakeholders and different team members (Technical leads, Lead product managers, engineers).
Managing prioritisation and trade-offs between customer experience, business impact, performance and post-launch support.
Lead cross-functional teams to realize product conceps to delivery.
