Pay Range: $60- $65/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital strategy: Leads the product vision, product roadmap, business cases, product design, technical development, launch and ongoing optimization. Partners and collaborate closely with stakeholders across the company to evolve the digital strategy based on key business drivers.
- Product definition: Leads an agile team(s) responsible for the development and definition of a set/domain of digital products by connecting multiple complex guest and/or employee touch points (e.g., research, feedback, etc.), technology strategy (e.g., supply chain optimizations), business drivers and results, with a relentless customer-first focus approach.
- Product delivery: The PDM is accountable for digital product(s) that are created and developed within her/his set/domain, and is ultimately responsible for the on-time, on-budget and on-strategy delivery of our products through careful prioritization and review.
- Product roadmap: Leads the team(s) responsible for the development of the overall product roadmap for her/his set/domain of product in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders and collaborates with other product leads to develop the overall product roadmap for all products within the portfolio.
- Product standards: Leads the team(s) in setting the corporation-wide digital principles, standards and practices (across product definition, product design and product engineering) and is ultimately responsible for a) ensuring that all delivery teams within her/his set/domain apply those practices to their various work products and b) continually aid in the active validation and evolution of those practices.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in product management.
- Retail Merchandising Cloud
- VDF (Vendor Direct Fulfillment)
- Purchase Order (PO) Process Oracle Cloud
- Retail Merchandising
- Purchase Order
- Excellent communications skills.
- Experience working with retail clients will be preferred.
