We need someone who has deep knowledge and understanding of the Power School application (SIS, Special Programs, Security, etc.) who can support the system, configure, maintain, build reports, explain to end users how it works (provide trainings), interface w/executives, etc.
Description:
Responsible for technical and functional tasks for our PowerSchool implementation. This role will design and develop dashboards and reports that will include components, data models, and analytics features for our products. Additionally, this position will gather and refine requirements, configure product, implement, test and document solutions to produce the highest quality product and customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work as part of a Professional Services team in the configuration, design, estimation, test and execution of solutions
- Experience leading PowerSchool Implementations- Functional and technical knowledge
- Develop and drive a standard, measurable and effective implementation process.
- Design, develop, implement, support, and test HR systems. In addition, troubleshoot, identify and correct technical issues
- Expert in understanding and gathering client’s requirements
- Excellent knowledge of developing reports and dashboards as per client’s requirements
- Expert in publishing reports to and setting up the necessary connection details and scheduling
- Solid grasp of data visualization fundamentals
- Excellent knowledge in connecting Microsoft Power BI Desktop to various data sources
- Must have strong client and internal communication skills with experience working in highly collaborative teams
- Excellent Analytical skills
