* They will be training their internal staff to take over after 6 months
JOB DESCRIPTION
Lead implementation of integration APIs between our systems in partnership with an on staff employee who will ultimately execute the requirements captured and detailed by you.
* The Post Merger Technical Architect is responsible for requirements gathering, architecting and overseeing the engineering configuring the environment; D365 or Blue Cherry.
Participate in implementation activities and act as a liaison with business process owners to validate requirements for changes to process and recommend best practices.
Participate in user sessions for requirements gathering, analysists, documentation, configuration, unit testing and UAT.
Manage and create business process mapping, process re-engineer and gap analysis with a focus on Warehouse Management.
Recommend opportunities for streamlining, consolidating and optimizing processes.
End User Training Not Technology but Processes
Lead implementation engineer for back office solution migrations and data gathering.
Function as the primary resource for endpoint hardware configuration (Laptop, Desktops, Printer and RF Guns), software deployment and end user training.
Help automate desktop provisioning in an effort to release new devices remotely with zero touch configuration (30 devices) in partnership with HP. Service with HP is free.
Create technical documents of implementations, break-fix solutions, etc. for 3rd party Desktop Support Team.
Assists in creating materials for end-user frequently asked questions (FAQs
Ensure Network and Application Security is configured in an appropriate manner to seamless support individuals in multiple location; Goal always on VPN, Single Sign On and Domain Move.
Function as the primary resource in the ramp down of Azure services for AA, migration of Fileshare and potential ramp of on prem services for TH or migration to Azure for some services.
Oversee technology service rollout / change in multiple areas.
