DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Texas Health and Human Services Commission requires the services of a PeopleSoft Financials Developer will be part of a dedicated PeopleSoft Financials upgrade project team.
The core duties include analyzing and modifying system codes and creating technical design documents to meet batch processes and interface requirements. In addition, troubleshooting and debugging system issues as needed.
Must demonstrate and excel in communicating and working with a diverse team with collaboration tools competently in a remote work environment. Also, must be able to estimate work, set deadlines, and communicate effectively.

8 Required Application Engine, COBOL, and SQR
8 Required Integration Broker (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML)
8 Required Advanced SQL and PL/SQL
8 Required RHEL OS Scripting
8 Required Oracle Database 11c+
8 Required (at least 2 yrs) BI Publisher Reports and PS Queries
8 Required (at least 2 yrs) AWE
8 Required (at least 2 yrs) Analyzing functional design requirements
8 Required (at least 2 yrs) Creating technical design documents
8 Required (at least 2 yrs) Experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio)
8 Required (at least 2 yrs) Experience working with SharePoint Lists
2 Preferred Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials State of Texas Baseline on PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2
2 Preferred Development in PeopleSoft GL, AP, or PO modules
1 Preferred Working with the Scrum or Scrumban process
1 Preferred Working with the STAT migration tool
1 Preferred Working with the Tivoli scheduling tool
