Excellent OTM Techno-Functional Consultant with nearly 8 years of experience with end-to-end knowledge in management ofOTM Cloud Lifecycle &ArchitectureforAustralian Leading client ð Hands-on experience in OTM Functional Configurations in areas like Master Data, Orders, Itinerary, Rates, Rate Services for the following Modules (not limited) – Order Management, Shipment Management, Execution and Visibility ð Exposure in Order to Cash cycle &Shipping transactions like order release, shipment planning, shipment execution, trip-stop &voucher creation for solutions; experiencedaround Inventory Module and OM with different type of order flows i.e. Standard ð Experienced in the execution ofmulti-leg planning, multi-stop planning, bulk plan or direct planning scenarios ð Possesses technical knowledge of SQL, HP ALM, ServiceNow, MS- Office&DMAIC methodology and Value Stream Mapping ð Provided insightful knowledge of business process analysis (As-Is, To-Be) and design; managed application based process re-engineering, process optimization, cost control & revenue maximization from technical solutions using cutting-edge technologies ð Experienced in mapping business requirements, designing customized OTM solutions with strong analytical skills and extending production support to clients to achieve client’s satisfaction ð Performed OTM Cloud functional set up - OTM modules, and all its features - agents, actions, screen sets, configurations, saved queries, OTM administrative features ð Keeping up-to-date the training material and other user-related documentation and providing user training and user support ð Exposure in translating functional specification into technical specifications for the IT organization and managing changes to the specifications
