| REQUIRED SKILLS | - Less on the Architecture side
- Must have Oracle side, Oracle Architecture-- OIC platform experience is also a must
- And ensuring that they're evaluating appropriately-- do they belong in OIC, MuleSoft, direct database connection-- APEX vs. Visual builder
- Understanding of the platform-- doesn't need a certification here at all
- Ability to lead a development team and work extensively with a development team-- take them through Agile, Sprints, etc is going to be very important here
