  • Senior HR Functional Consultant with end to end experience in EBS Oracle Learning Management
  • R12 experience, in particular 12.2.9
  • The main project site will be in Memphis, TN for any personnel who need to travel on site. It is expected that all work in the scope of this Proposal can be executed remotely and that no onsite travel will be required.
  • Consultant will verify existing EBS Oracle Learning Management 12.2.9 features and create GAP-FIT analysis document and work with business users to provide oracle suggested best practice approach by creating additional setups.
  • Consultant will perform meeting sessions and workshops to demonstrate additional configuration and get approval for migration to Production environment.
  • Consultant will also provide analysis of technical objects needed to achieve business needs.
  • Provide Train the Trainer Approach: Key Users will be trained on the job by the consultant throughout the project phases. End-user training will be done by Customer key users and functional leaders with guidance of the functional consultant. During the training, the project scripts and scenarios will be utilized.
  • Testing Support: Consultant will assist Customer with designing testing scenarios which support their specific operations. Through the testing sessions consultant will continue to work with Customer and provide on-the job-training

    - Functional Specifications
  • Scope includes Implementation and migration to Production
