Job Description :


• 4+ years experience in full life-cycle development for Oracle Applications release12 HR module. Experience should include project management, planning, documentation, requirements definition, analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, training, and maintenance.
• 4+ years hands-on experience with PL/SQL, Oracle API’s, Oracle 8i and/or 9i, JAVA, JSP, HTML, JavaScript, and Oracle web architecture.
• Functional and configuration hands-on experience in HR Core module, Workflow, Manager and Employee Self Service
• Be willing to monitor TARS, application enhancements, and related operational issues
• Experience in roll out of one or two major upgrades (Knowledge on upgrade of Oracle HR Release 12)
• Implementation experience on HR International
• Demonstrated ability to create detailed system proposals and technical design documents based on business requirements
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests appropriately based on business requirements
