Job Description :
We are looking for an Oracle HCM Developer with a techno-functional background in Human Capital Management. This position is responsible for providing excellence in problem solving, customer service, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution of complicated and critical issues. The focus of this position is to provide technical service and functional knowledge to ultimately drive customer success.

The main role of the Oracle HCM Developer is to resolve highly complex technical problems. The key skills put to use on a daily basis are - high level of techno-functional skills, HCM and Middleware (ICS/OIC) product knowledge, problem solving skills, and customer interaction/service expertise.

Responsibilities:

Build custom solutions using recommended technologies tool sets including but not limited to BI Reports, HCM Extracts, OTBI, Java, Web Services, APIs, ICS, HD Loader, HSDL, etc., per Oracle recommended Standards.
Follow the company''s Development Standards and Processes.
Gather and review requirements, Propose and Design Solutions; Create Technical design and other required documents per the company''s Standards and Processes.
Production Support, SR creation and Follow-Up deliver onto ad-hoc requests in addition to the other special projects.
Provide regular Status updates.
Support Business continuity.
Develop appropriate test scenarios and scripts as needed.
Setups and Configurations as needed for Development and Support activities.
Ability to work well with multiple priorities.
Manage system enhancements and upgrades.
Participate in latest technology research applicable to meet new business challenges.
Research technical design specifications, interface design, design diagrams or test specifications.
Troubleshoots expected performance discrepancies.
Works with systems analysts and developers to create systems documentation, user manuals, online help, release notes, consumer email responses and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners (QA, Business Analyst, Development, etc in an Agile/Scrum team environment.
Complete documentation tasks independently as well as under direction from the product team and department manager
Education Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.



Work Experience: 7+ years of professional experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM
7+ years of experience in implementation and supporton Fusion HCM Offerings: Workforce Development (Compensation / Performance Management), Core HR, Payroll, Absence Administration, Benefits, Compensation, Security, HCM Data Loader (HDL) and Payroll Batch Loader (PBL)
Hands-on Experience on HCM Data Loads, Fast Formulas, HDL, HSDL, PBL, Spreadsheet Loader, BI Publisher Repots and OTBI analysis, Dashboards, HCM extracts with Delta Changes
Hands-on Experience on Restful APIs , APEX, Oracle Middleware Tools such as ICS/OIC, XML-based web service protocols (SOAP and WSDL) and Strong database skills and proficiency with PL/SQL programing


+10 years of proven development / software engineering experience in a Technology environment
