Program Overview – Financial Journey Foundation (FJF)

FJF is an enterprise-wide, cross-business initiative to upgrade financial accounting systems and build a stronger foundation for future growth.
•
The program will replace the obsolete PeopleSoft system with Oracle's cloud ERP, modernizing how finance work is done across the company.
•
FJF will impact other business systems, processes, and data management, which in turn affects decision-making and the skills needed in supporting roles.
Key Focus Areas:
1.
Replacing Aging Systems with Modern Tools
o
Transitioning from legacy systems (like PeopleSoft) to a cloud-based Oracle ERP.
o
Goal is to streamline processes, reduce manual work, and better support global operations.
2.
Enabling More Business Agility
o
Improved access to consistent data, better reporting tools, and more automation.
o
Frees up time for higher-value work and enables the business to adapt quickly to changes or disruptions.
