Studying requirement, solutions and estimating
Building and upgrading OpenText environment
Migrating contents from the existing platform to upgraded platform
Providing after production support and guidance
Work with customer, business analysts, project manager, software vendor, and other technical team members to maintain solutions for workflow, document collaboration, imaging/OCR capture, and indexing
Manage and escalate service interruption issues where multiple organizational groups are involved
Effectively communicate with multiple third party vendor support organizations and the customer
Balance execution of proactive with reactive issue resolution
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related degree, or equivalent experience
5+ years of IT experience with advanced knowledge on OpenText Content Server and Capture.
Must have experience in setting up an enterprise-level OpenText content management system and/or have migrated or upgraded an OpenText environment.
Good understanding of ECM (Enterprise Content Management)
Understanding of the use of Document metadata with ECM solution
Experience with support of browser-based HTML, JavaScript, SQL, and other web apps technology
Advanced in-depth troubleshooting, problem-solving and root cause analysis skills and experience, and ability to think out of the box when presented with complex problems
Experience with business process management application frameworks is a plus
