Job Description: NetSuite Functional Consultant
Location: San Francisco, CA (Remote)
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a NetSuite Functional Consultant with extensive experience in NetSuite implementation and enhancement projects. In this role, you will play a crucial part in guiding and delivering customized solutions to meet client objectives.
Here are the key responsibilities:
- Bring 8+ years of experience in NetSuite Implementation & Enhancement projects to the table.
- Possess a deep understanding of NetSuite functionalities and architecture.
- Ability to understand data requirements for extracting data from NetSuite for sending to Oracle DWE.
- Collaborate with technical team members to guide the development of customized solutions or data extracts using SQL queries.
- Conduct solution walkthroughs for customers.
- Identify test scenarios, establish test cases, and support SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with core client stakeholders to ensure system configuration objectives are met.
- Create training and support documentation and lead end-user training to promote user adoption.
- Support the "Go Live" deployment processes to ensure a seamless software launch and continuity of business operations during cutover.
To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Accounting.
- Financial expertise is a must.
- A minimum of 8 years of overall hands-on experience with NetSuite.
- A thorough understanding of various business processes, including R2R (Record to Report), P2P (Procure to Pay), O2C (Order to Cash), D2B (Design to Build), FAM (Fixed Asset Management), Revenue Recognition, and Multi-book Accounting.
- Experience with integrations with other systems, such as data warehousing.
- NetSuite Certification is highly preferred, especially Suite Foundation, ERP Consultant, and Administrator.
- A track record of at least 5 full NetSuite life cycle implementations.
- Experience with Agile methodology.
- Ability to work independently and guide junior team members.
