Job Title: MuleSoft API Developer
Location: Iselin, NJ
Duration: 12+ Months
Note: Candidates need to be 100% onsite in July.
Qualifications: Looking for a senior API developer. MuleSoft experience is a must. Must be a strong API developer comfortable in a MuleSoft environment. Client has installed MuleSoft and had API's developed. This consultant will develop API's in MuleSoft and be responsible for leading/training/knowledge transfer. Should be able to guide others in developing MuleSoft API's as well. Must be hands on, lead a team, and be strong in MuleSoft. Candidate will be both leading a small team and do hands on coding. Certifications are helpful. Experience with Salesforce would be great and Ncino experience would be terrific. Moodys experience is a plus. Dco experience is must. SOAP API’S experience is a must.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
· Design and adhere to best practices, standards, and procedures as they pertain to API Development and the MuleSoft platform.
· Help Define Enterprise API Strategy
· Spec, develop and deploy System, Process and Experience layer APIs and integrations based on technical design documents and business requirements.
· Technical leadership, setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement.
· Experience creating ETL related processes.
· Hands on experience in coding and using APIs.
· Ability to lead a team of API developers, reporting directly to Director of Application Development
· Maintain ownership of tasks and/or project workstreams while providing instructional guidance to more junior professionals.
· Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
· REST services API automation.
· Rules Engine Experience.
· Experience with Salesforce / ServiceNow.
Additional Requirements:
· 5 years MuleSoft Experience.
· MuleSoft Development Certification.
· Experience in C/C#, .NET, JavaScript, JSON, SOAPUI, XML, SQL, SQL Server.
· Java, Microsoft .NET, MS SQL Server, and Azure or AWS ecosystem is a plus.
· A solid understanding of all aspects of the application development process as they pertain to the MuleSoft platform.
· Ability to multi-task and be able to handle projects throughout the entire project life cycle.
· Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
· Strong Communications Skills.
· Banking Experience a plus.
· nCino Knowledge a plus.
