MS Dynamics CRM   

  

  • Our client needs Engineers to assist with integration of Amazon Connect, OmniChannel, etc.
  • They need Dynamics to be one stop shop for Sales and Customer Service
  • RSI team will build code integrations for multiple platforms to sync with Dynamics
  • This is a strategic initiative to modernize and streamline client’s sales and customer service capabilities
  • RSI team will not only be executing on the Dynamics integrations but also teaching the internal client team (player/coach approach)

 

Must Haves: Experience with integrating MS Dynamics with AWS Connect (Voice)

 

Nice to Haves: C#, AngularJS, JQuery

Client has .NET developers w/ Dynamics experience that can customize. Need someone who can integrate.
