Job Description :
5+ years of providing strategic business analysis and implementation services to business partners for mid-size to large projects – focused around Warehouse Management systems.
• Techno-Functional resource with 5+ Years of Manhattan WMS implementation experience.
• Manages and facilitates implementation of WMS configuration changes & data migration in Test, UAT and Production
• WMS SME Activities to business, operations, and IT Teams - Questions, presentations, analysis, meetings.
• Expert knowledge in WMS Inbound/Outbound Integrations.
• Good understanding of baseline WMS processes – Including Inbound, warehouse mgmt. , pick/pack, inventory mgmt. outbound processes.
• Facilitate or participate in meetings with Business, IT& Operations teams.
• Hands-on experience on application testing, troubleshooting and documentation activities.
• Participates in defining and developing technical specifications to meet systems’ requirements
• Integration with ERP, Middleware & with different message format.
• Strong analysis and problem solving skills
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Strong collaboration skills
• Ability to work well under time constraints
• Ability to work independently and to multitask
• WMS Support experience.
• Experience in Oracle/SQL
• Label Customization.
• Vendor Management for new requirements/bug fixes and deployment
• Onsite – Offshore Team management/co-ordination
