· Skills in COBOL, DB2, JCL, IMS, MQ & Xpediter with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
· We have pockets of all the older versions of Enterprise COBOL for z/OS still around, but we will be up to version 6 later this year for the majority of our applications and environments.
· Experienced working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean Start-up, XP) and cross-functional teams
· Familiar with Design Thinking, Behavior and Test-Driven Development (BDD, TDD).
