Job Description:

General

  1. Under the direction of the IT Manager/Lead, the IT technical support person is responsible for supporting and administering the Infor ERP LN , Infor ION (Middleware solution) and other ancillary systems integrated to ERP LN system.
  2. Onsite Resource to cover US operations from 11 to 07:30 PM CT. Need flexibility on taking up calls during non-working hours as well.
  3. 3 to 5 years’ experience on Infor ERP LN /ION admin activity.

Technical Requirements

  1. ERP LN & ION Job Management – Monitoring jobs and troubleshooting job runtime issues.
  2. ERP LN User management – DEM role assignments and maintenance
  3. LN User login troubleshoot- Webui, Mingle and Baan client setup and support
  4. ION Monitoring – Ion Desk and Grid monitoring
  5. Windows LN Server Maintenance check on the weekly reboots and validation of servers, making sure all services are working
  6. Reviewing technical logs to review process failures and support process teams
  7. Participate in the performance issues analysis and tuning.
