Job Title: IT Lead Analyst HCM - Workday Core HR

Client: Camping World

Location: Lincolnshire, Illinois

Onsite/Remote: Remote 100%

Duration: 3 months with possible extensions)

Visa: USC, GC

Does not need to have government experience but more than 15 years of IT experience.

And people with long term contracts experience is highly desired.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. System Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of Workday's Core HR modules, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements and industry best practices.
  2. Provides in-depth knowledge of Workday and evaluates the business processes against the standard Workday functionality
  3. This is a highly visible individual technical role responsible for the outcomes and success of Workday Core HR teams that play a key role in delivering the stated goals of the organization.
  4. System Maintenance and Upgrades: Manage ongoing system maintenance activities, including system updates, patches, and upgrades. Ensure the system is optimized and functioning efficiently.
  5. Data Integrity and Quality: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data within the Workday system. Implement processes and controls to maintain data quality and resolve any issues.
  6. Process Design and Optimization: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and optimize HR processes within Workday, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  7. System Enhancements: Identify opportunities for system enhancements and work closely with cross-functional teams to implement improvements, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance requirements.
  8. Reporting and Analytics: Develop and generate reports and analytics from the Workday system to provide insights into HR metrics, supporting data-driven decision-making.
  9. Training and Support: Provide guidance, training, and support to end-users on Workday's Core HR modules. Address user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth system operation.
  10. Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: Stay updated on HR laws, regulations, and industry trends. Ensure system configurations and processes comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  11. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to align system functionalities, processes, and data integration. Effectively communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.

 

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Workday Core HR are preferred.
  2. Proven experience as a Lead or Manager in implementing and managing Workday's Core HR modules.
  3. Strong technical knowledge of Workday's Core HR modules, including configuration, integrations, reporting, and security.
  4. In-depth understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
  5. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  7. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
  8. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within deadlines.
  9. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and drive system implementation and enhancement projects.
