Job Role: Oracle OM and AR Functional Consultant

Job Location: Austin,Texas, Remote

Contract Type: C2C

Contract Length: 6 Months + Extension

Our client is seeking Order Management & Accounts Receivables Consultant for contract opportunities in Texas.

Essential Responsibilities
Interact with customers, vendors, and management to determine system requirements for existing and proposed operations
Identify system and procedural problems and assist in the implementation of solutions as needed
Gathers, analyzes, and documents solution requirements as needed.
Utilizes LEAN techniques to develop business process designs and improve operations via process re-engineering efforts
Effectively coordinate and communicate issue resolutions with end-users.
Utilizes agile delivery methodologies and participates on scrum teams in execution of solution delivery projects
Supports in performing applications configuration of solution delivery initiatives
Supports solution testing efforts by configuring test environments, developing test plans, performing test execution, and validating test results.
Provide end user support for critical systems
Lead issue resolution efforts across peer support groups, technical support teams or vendors as required
Effectively coordinate and communicate issue resolutions with end-users.
Delivers training and performs knowledge transfer to team members as required.
Job Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess the following combination of experience, knowledge and skills:
Four years of relevant experience in Oracle Order Management
5+ years of experience designing, implementing and supporting Oracle Financials R12 in a complex, multinational, multi GAAP environment
Minimum one full lifecycle implementation and production support experience in Oracle Order Management
Knowledge of other oracle supply chain modules is a great plus
Experience with Oracle Modules of Accounts Receivable, Advanced Collections, Cash Management, General Ledger
Experience in End user support, documentation and training
Experience with agile software development methodologies a plus
Working knowledge of systems/software development lifecycle and IT operations.
Configuration and system administration of relevant applications hosting is needed (Oracle Order Management)
Experience in writing or modifying SQL queries using tools like TOAD
Utilizes user-centric design concepts in conjunction with agile development and testing processes to support development of highly engaging technology solutions.
Ability to use business knowledge, sound judgment, and resourcefulness to design and deploy highly reliable and sustainable technology solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
