Job Title: Salesforce Business Manager/Product Owner
Location Chicago, IL

JD:
Expertise in Pharma domain, working as Product owner, Business Consultant
Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements
Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities
Has Forecasting and visionary approach
Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
Follow our competitors and the industry
Identify gaps, improve overall drug launch process
Ability to work and liaise with cross-functional teams
Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
Familiarity with business management software such as CRM and ERP
Plan, organize and manage business projects for clients
Based on clients' requirements, work on projects
Communicate with and meet with clients when needed
Perform initial assessments for each client before the project begins
Collect as much information about the client's business as possible
Understand clients' needs and wants
Perform research using shadowing, interviews, surveys, reading reports, etc.
Constantly recommend solutions for improvement
Develop detailed business plans
Determine the project's KPIs
Track KPIs and prepare reports

Knowledge of diverse business areas and fields such as IT, Marketing, HR, etc.
Having working experience on Salesforce platform , Health cloud is preferred

Should have strong communication skills to make effective business presentations and interpersonal skills to maintain positive working relationships with clients and staff members.
Providing Support :
Support of pharmaceutical business consultants to establish and run profitable businesses
Help design effective social media techniques to build the company’s Web portfolio, secure relevant operating licenses from the state's pharmacy board and develop job descriptions for pharmacists and other workers.
