JOB DESCRIPTION :
Prometheus and Grafana – Monitoring Tools Expert
- 3+ years of experience in administration and support of the tools Grafana, Prometheus,
- Provide L2 level support to the tools
- Should be able to setup new Prometheus and Grafana based on the requirements
- Troubleshoot underlying infrastructure related issues related to capacity, availability of servers and service
- Troubleshoot and resolve the tool related issues and any data related issues
- Provide support and expert advice during issue troubleshooting that requires monitoring tool support
- well-versed with various features of the tools and provide optimum solution and recommendations to the client requirements
- Perform problem management for permanent resolution of issues and incident reduction
- Follow and adhere to the ITSM processes
Provide on-call support during outside the regular shift window for critical Incidents
