Roles & Responsibilities:  

Jira Align 

  • Determine tool's structure & configuration to support Operating Model (w/Continuous Improvements team) 
  • Partner within Agile Center of Excellence to create portfolios 
  • Add Users to Portfolios 
  • Create programs 
  • Create Teams  
  • Create and Manage PIs 
  • Create and Manage Sprints 
  • Manage integration of Align to Jira in partnership with Agile Center of Excellence 
  • Answer complex questions (SME) about configuration options 
  • Manage migrations across programs, portfolios, PIs. Jira iTrack 
  • Create and maintain projects 
  • Create and configure boards 
  • Create and update filters 
  • Create and maintain portfolio hierarchy functions (PHP Project) 
  • Review Jira customization requests impacting Digital 
  • Manage Release Distribution (Version Sync) 
  • Test/Validate existing automations during environment updates 
  • Add users to workspaces 
  • Answer complex questions 
  • Troubleshoot sync issues between Jira Align and Jira 1) Participates in the review and definition of functional areas, processes and procedures regarding requirements, organization and flow of data, methods and forms.  2) Provides problem resolution; Communicates and recommends complex business process, procedures and diverse information to resolve customer issues.  3) Provides systems and programming support to functional areas.  4) Provides knowledge transfer and supports users on installed software.  5) Assists in design/modification of business rules for software.  6) Writes and maintains user documentation.  7) Installs software packages; data conversion; and package maintenance.  8) Ability to act as the single point of contact in application environment support for all stakeholders.
