Job Requirements:
Provide functional and technical L2 support for JAVA applications
Participate in Weekly/Monthly release activities during the weekdays and weekends
perform RCA for P1/P2 incidents
Ticket and report handling in Service NOW
Should be well aware of ITIL processes
Should be well aware of Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management techniques
