Location : West Des Moines, Iowa
Job Title : Java Developer
Contract : Full Time
Relocation : YES ( For now it will be remote position, but eventually at the appropriate time, Candidate have to relocate to Des Moines )
Visa: Looking for independent consultants
Salary Compensation : Sammons would be a base up to 95K, bonus 12% and ESOP 17% Fixed and non-negotiable - W2 only
CLIENT NOTES:
Need a mid/senior level person 5 to 8 years.
If you have any Java folks who would MOVE to Des Moines - are able to work without sponsorship, and have Mamet's communication skills. I'd love to see them.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
College Degree in the field of computer science, information science, management information systems preferred Minimum 8 years' IT development experience or equivalent preferred Working experience as a member of an AGILE team delivering product features is a plus.
Proficient in Object Oriented analysis, design and programming. Database experience SQL, views, stored procedures, indexes.
Source code management/repository (eg SVN, GIT, TFS, Bit Bucket, etc Strong knowledge of SDLC, JAVA, J2SE, J2EE, JDK, MS SQL Server, C#, VBA, Visual Basic, TML, CSS, JSP, and JavaScript and STS Spring Tool Suite. Working knowledge of Java IDE (Netbeans, Eclipse IDE), Jenkins, Maven Proficiency developing solutions using modern technologies, e.g. Familiar with Design Concepts/Patterns, UML notation, ETL and application interface methods.
Effective verbal and written communications skills and the ability to communicate with business partners and other IT staff Problem solving skills sufficient to perform research and recommend a proposed solution to problems
