We are assisting one of our Long time Implementation partner in finding the best talent for a Long term Remote role for a Java Developer strong with AWS and Big data technologies for a Major Corporation from the Silicon valley . The role is a 12 month plus contract and 100 percent remote 

Java Developer with Bigdata and AWS 

  • Skills Needed 
     
    • Proficiency in Java.
    • SQL
    • Proficient with Micro-Services architectures and Rest API.
    • Practice of testing strategies and methodologies, exposure to test harnesses is a plus
    • Solid QE technical ability. Very responsible, organized, driven, and obsessed with quality. Very positive attitude, with excellent work ethics.
    • Proven ability to deliver high-quality design, code, and tests, on tight schedules.
    • Results oriented and deadline driven.
    • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with cross-functional teams.
    • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
    • Testing tools: TestNG

    Big data (2)

    • Solid knowledge of message brokering systems, especially Kafka.
    • Experience in developing and verifying Spark/Map Reduce jobs.
    • Experience with distributed data stores (like Hadoop, Hive, Cassandra).

    AWS (2) 

    • Working experience with Cloud technologies (like AWS).
