Job Role : ITBusiness Analyst Location : Plano,TX or Purchase, NY ( Need only local ) Duration : 6 months
Visa:: GC,USC Positionwill be Remote - but candidates should be Local to either Plano, TX or Purchase, NY(occasionalmeeting onsite occurs) Day toDay Responsibilities: - Gather and drive stakeholder requirements and product vision through the planning, analysis, Development, and testing phases
- Translate stakeholder requirements into various documentation Deliverables such as functional specifications, use cases, workflow or process diagrams, data flow or data model diagrams
- Clarify user story and acceptance criteria for requests with the requestor and subject matter experts.
- Lead and write user requirements and business requirements.
- Collaborative process involving product owner, subject matter experts, requester, and the technical team as needed.
- Outline data change requirements to ensure all systems are aligned
- Create mockups showing the way the system looks today and the way it should look after the change has been implemented.
- Attend the daily stand-up call, clarify questions the technical team may have on requirements written.
- Initiate and follow-up with subject matter experts on additional information required
- Write test cases to confirm user requirements and business requirements have been met.
- Execute test cases as written within the system test environments.
- Provide preview of functionality in the test environments to requesters to confirm the requirements have been met.
- Write training documents and showcase new functionality being released.
- Demonstrate new functionality within release demos for users.
- Validate user stories have been correctly migrated from QA to production
Qualifications:Top 3 Skills - Running IT Agile project
- Advanced proficiency in analytical, project planning, negotiating, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and oral)
- (SAP S4/Hana preferred)
OtherQualifications: - BS in Information Systems Management, Computer Science or related field
- Advanced knowledge of technologies relevant to the engagement (SAP S4/Hana preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of Agile SDLC methodology and UML
- Ability to perform cost-benefit analysis, trending, forecasting
- Advanced proficiency using various Microsoft Office desktop products.
