Job Description-
· Incident and Request Management Queue monitoring/resolution for all iOS related issues/requests
· MaaS360 Mobile Device Management Administration
· iOS updates / alignment to supported versions
· Monthly Active Devices reporting (Mobile)
· Infrastructure/MDM Certificate renewals
· DEP (Enrollment for corporate/BYOD)
· System Health checks and clean ups
· Platform Parity checks
· Trusted Managed devices (TMD) authentication & remediation
· Client repair activities
Good to have
• Management of existing and development of new automation in support of MaaS360 devices (Inactive devices, VPP App license metering, Store Account creations, Certificate expirations) VPN tunnel & Console upgrades where applicable
• Management of MaaS360 supporting infrastructure/servers
1. Server and Software Patching/Upgrades in Development, Staging, & Production environments.
