"Must Have" Qualifications:
5+ years’ experience in a financial firm - Derivatives and/or Fixed Income
Good analysis and reconciliation skills
Can effectively translate Business needs into clear functional requirements (FSD/BRD)
Both detail-oriented and "big picture" skills are essential
Good understanding of system workflows and processes
Proficient with SQL, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint

"Nice to Have" Qualifications:
Experience with JIRA is a plus
Experience with Bloomberg, ePam, Tableau, AWS, Investments Data Management
