Job Description :

10 - 15 years' experience in delivering large and complex Application Management Services engagements as an Engagement Manager or Delivery Leader

·         Proven track record of advising and implementing new operating models and delivery methods such as Agile, DevSecOps, Cloud, etc., at clients

·         Working knowledge of  today's technology and engineering disruptors such as RPA, Cognitive Computing, DevSecOps, Open Source, AI in Software Development, etc.

·         Not be a purest about any method or framework but must possess the knowledge and experience to advise clients for implementing required industry best practices to achieve better business outcomes

·         Proven track record of successfully managing global teams in delivering large scale Application Management Services for clients

·         Proven track record of sensing and responding to new opportunities while delivering work at clients and ensuring it is brought to the attention of Account and Consulting Practice leadership

·         Results driven team player who is able to inspire and lead a highly diverse global team

·         Proven track record of managing multitude of client stakeholders at the C-suite level, their direct reports and anyone of significant importance in your area of work

·         Responsibilities

·         Take the overall accountability and responsibility of successfully delivering Application Management Services based on the established scope of working as per the signed contract

·         Build a trusted partner status with the client C-suite stakeholders based on excellent delivery record of the Application Management Services and related Transformation

·         Achieve the following objectives in addition to any other stated outcomes by the client or your leadership team, in delivering your assigned Application Management Services engagement:

·         Manage global onshore/offshore AMS teams and the work they are delivering

·         Move from projects to a products and platform organization

·         Move from traditional (waterfall) ways of working to Agile, DevSecOps and Cloud ways of working

·         Establish distributed Agile practices, but with the recent COVID-19 pandemic, make delivery of work effective with even 100% remote working of teams

·         Attract, hire, retain, inspire and manage the new age talent required for the successful AMS delivery for your assigned client(s). Mentor and guide the team members where required

·         Ensure team and self-utilization at all times based on the quarterly goals and objectives established by your practice and account leadership

·         Own and achieve the assigned revenue, client satisfaction and team utilization targets

·         Travel to client locations as and when needed.
