Infor CloudSuite HCM implementation
We are seeking an HCM Consultant with extensive experience in Infor Global HR, specifically in Absence and Benefits modules (Payroll experience a plus).
This role is responsible for leading and supporting full cycle implementations of Global HR including business needs analysis, requirements gathering, system design and configuration, conversions, end-user training and post live support.
Responsibilities:
Act as lead consultant in design, configuration and deployment of Infor HCM Suite including Absence Management, Benefits, Compensation and Succession Management. Payroll experience is a plus.
5+ years’ experience working with Lawson Global HR and Lawson’s Landmark HCM modules
Experience working in Healthcare environments
Experience with business process validation, system configuration, data conversions and migrations, system customization, testing, cutover planning & execution, go-live and end user support.
