Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage the IAM product roadmap, including feature prioritization and release planning.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver IAM solutions including SSO, MFA, PAM, and IGA.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product features.
- Ensure IAM solutions comply with regulatory standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, and NIST.
- Oversee integration of IAM platforms (e.g., Okta, Saviynt, Delinea, Ping Identity) with enterprise systems.
- Monitor product performance, user adoption, and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain documentation including product specifications, process flows, and governance models.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
- Proven track record in IAM product management and solution delivery.
- Strong understanding of IAM technologies including SSO, MFA, PAM, IGA, and CIAM.
- Experience with platforms such as Okta, Saviynt, Delinea, Ping Identity, and Azure AD.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks and security standards.
