Pay Range: $200k/Annum. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Working through heavy reporting requirements and defining the balance between external and internal reporting.
- Working multinational.
- Market development in the Caribbean and Mexico.
- Managing 20 sellers both directly and indirectly.
- Talent development with seasoned and younger sales individuals.
- Managing annual subscriptions and license expansions.
- This year there were 30-40 million in maintenance renewals and 30-40 million in servicing projects.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 10+ years in a multinational sales role.
- Being able to manage a 100+ million-dollar budget.
- Understanding complex selling.
- Being able to teach and mentor.
- Identify the buyers and coach sales individuals.
- Be able to share their success and their failures. Pushing themselves and other sales individuals out of their comfort zone.
- Industry-specific product knowledge: Assets health within applications and understanding product launches.
- Managing a book of business and bringing in new logos/business. (70% is in existing customers and 30% new business)
- Industry Background: Utility, Renewable Energy, Regulated Entity, or Oil and Gas.
