Job Description :

Title: GRC VRM Lead Developer/Architect
Location: Remote
Duration: Contract
Responsibilities:

  • VRM Architect and Lead developer(s) for assessing current implementation and addressing tool challenges to meet business needs.
  • Implementing and delivering GRC technology services using ServiceNow GRC/IRM platform Policy and Compliance Management, Vendor Risk Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, Business Continuity Management, and other risk management processes
  • Lead discussions and workshops with clients to create a risk-aware culture through proper technology enablement of risk-related processes using ServiceNow GRC/ IRM solutions.
  • Lead and/or support workshops to elicit customer requirements.
  • Design and architect solutions to automate client processes into GRC solutions to meet their unique requirements.
  • Consistently deliver quality client services and manage expectations of client service delivery.
  • Drive high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget.
  • Provide technical guidance to project team on ServiceNow GRC/IRM concepts and best practices.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to members of the development team as needed.
  • Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
  • Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge and demonstrate ability to assimilate new knowledge.
  • Remain current on new developments in GRC/IRM technology implementation services capabilities and industry knowledge.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience with GRC/IRM
  • Experience in the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow GRC/ IRM solutions.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and risk management processes.
  • Experience with agile methodology, creating process designs, technical designs, leading user acceptance testing (UAT), and providing the necessary end-user training to deliver the proposed solution.
  • Experience implementing and delivering GRC technology services using ServiceNow GRC/IRM platform Policy and Compliance Management, Vendor Risk Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, Business Continuity Management, and other risk management processes.
