Position:-Senior QA/ Lead
Duration:- FULL TIME
Location:- 100% REMOTE

Preferred Candidates from Boston, NYC, Charlotte, Atlanta, Chicago, Austin, Denver, Salt Lake City, and Phoenix.

We are an Azure DevOps shop and prefer someone with previous experience with it and its Test Plans features.
-As the initial Senior Software Tester with the team, you have the opportunity to shape our approach to testing, define this position, and future leadership roles.

Required skills & experience (the "must haves" to be considered):
Must have experience in SaaS platforms
Minimum of 7+ years’ experience in software testing.
Minimum 5+ years Web-based application testing.
Minimum 3+ years working in an Agile environment.
Must have experience with test case writing, test plan management, acceptance-criteria testing, negative testing, and edge testing.
Perform limited debugging/troubleshooting/triaging issues by using tools such as Chrome Developer Tools, Fiddler, Postman, or equivalent.
Must have basic knowledge of databases and be able to query them using SQL to verify data and troubleshoot issues.
Operating experience with test automation software (Cypress) and/or performance testing software.

What you need to know:
This is a permanent, full-time role. Client office is in Brentwood, TN but the development team is 100% remote.
Perfect is the enemy of good for us. Experience with speed are our weapons. Our team relies on working through tasks and problems quickly. We would expect this role to do it with testing, as well. When we make a mistake, we get to the root cause and fix it fast.
We are a small team that is highly collaborative. We believe the best ideas come from shared understandings of individuals with different expertise and experiences.
We occasionally work from home but primarily work from our office.
