Required Skills/Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, electronics engineering or other engineering or technical discipline preferred
• 7-10 years of relevant work experience leading the design of the system, logical and physical architecture in collaboration with business partners and SCRUM teams.
• 7-10 years of relevant work experience working with business/product owners to guide defining new requirements.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience working with SOAP and REST APIs / microservices design
• Must have demonstrated deliverables in application design and deployment topology for complex, multi-tier distributed applications.
• Must have designed solutions that meet availability needs based on application functional and non-functional requirements.
• At least two years of applied integration experience
• Experience with Scrum, Kanban and SAFe Agile practices and strong aptitude to work in a DevOps culture and environment.
• Must have full-stack development experience building application software, test automation, and infrastructure as code, and database technologies
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to deliver Proofs of Concept and Patters for Usage.
 Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Azure or AWS
• Applied experience with container-based platforms including Kubernetes, Docker, Container Instances, HELM charts, and related technologies.
• Applied experience with Orchestration and Choreography Integration Patterns, Open Source, and Vendor Toolin. 

Role and Responsibilities:  

1) Requirements gathering and analysis; architect solution with system design, system engineering and appropriate process flow and implement with Agile methodology.  

2) Data acquisition, data ETL, data cleansing, data mining, data integration with data quality controls, process management and statistical analyses techniques.  

3) Implement data modeling, statistical/mathematical, linear or optimization programming models.  

4) Development of high performance, distributed computing tasks using Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, NoSQL and other data mining/management techniques in distributed environments.  

5) Design and develop software (web based or otherwise) for decision support systems, optimization systems, planning systems or other data mining/modeling applications for mobility, network engineering or enterprise solutions.  

6) Web-applications with multiple levels/dimensions of securities, inside/outside firewalls, eCommerce like with encryption or equivalent technologies.  

7) Write code, complete programming and documentation, and perform testing and debugging of applications using programming languages and technologies in Unix/Linus, VM and web environments.

8) Setup and administer document/file transfer/depository systems such as FTP, SSH, Sharepoint drive or other similar technologies. 

• Helping development organizations understand, onboard and take advantage of frameworks and tooling to provide Integration capabilities needed for transformation initiatives.

• Providing architectural guidance to key migration projects that are generally large efforts which provide significant financial benefit to AT&T when successfully migrated to Integration Platform capabilities.

• Supporting teams across various Business Units transform their integration patterns for system to system interactions. The individual will assist to enhance, optimize, and implement Integration solutions. Providing architecture and engineering expertise to refactor, redesign applications to leverage Integration architectures and solution patterns.

• Providing technical leadership in connectivity design, refactoring/redesigning application workloads to effectively leverage target state Integration patterns. and properly leverage on-Prem and Public Cloud integration tooling. The individual will analyze overall application architecture , provide technical expertise to teams unfamiliar with Integration technologies, and drive/support/deliver towards an effective Integration strategy.

Leads organizational inventions. Continuously expand business acumen and technical depth. Acknowledged as a technical authority within industry.

The Architect will collaborate with cross functional teams across Business Units to identify, compile and analyze data for workload optimization and Integration migration. Builds external alliances and be a technical spokesperson for team and organization.

The architect should be able to

• Validate technology assumptions, evaluate implementation alternatives.

• Establish critical NFRs at the solution level, participate in the definition of others.
