Ideal candidates will possess:
Extensive experience (6 years) in gathering requirements and crafting technical specifications for ETL processes.
Proven proficiency in utilizing ETL tools for job design, with a minimum of 6 years overall experience and preferably 2 years using Alteryx.
Strong background (6 years) in developing various types of data loads, including incremental, history/full, and survivorship rules.
Proficiency (4 years) in implementing change data capture (CDC).
Demonstrated expertise (6 years) in testing and debugging ETL processes.
Advanced skills (6 years) in developing complex SQL queries.
Experience (2 years) in ETL job scheduling.
Familiarity (2 years) with loading data warehouses using ETL tools.
Ability to manage multiple ETL tools simultaneously.
Knowledge of data quality tools and frameworks.
Proficiency in using source code version control software.
Aptitude for mentoring others in ETL development.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
Strong interpersonal skills, including communication, mentoring, collaboration, and team building.
