Required Experience:
• At least 3-4 Years Production Support experience.
• Should have handled a team of at least 5-8 members experience in handling/managing support/maintenance type of engagement preferred.
• Should be able to workout technical solutions to resolve production issues and also lead, mentor and guide his/her team.
• Scrum experience
Required Skills:
• 6- 9 years of design and development experience with .net, C#, ASP.net , Windows forms and PL/SQL
• JIRA and confluence
• Strong background of Object-oriented development techniques.
• Database design and development
• Prioritizing the work with the Billing Scrum team
• Experience in Application Production Support Role
• Good in writing SQL queries- Analysis and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with ITIL v2 or 3 will be a plus
• Shift timing – 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST
• Experience in Healthcare Insurance Billing and Membership Services environment, with government sponsored program experience (Medicare) for at least 3 years.
