Pay Range: $120k - $180k/Annum. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and experience
- Minimum of five (5) years working experience as a Product Owner on an Agile team.
- Minimum of five (5) years working in the post-acute industry or having an equivalent education.
- Strong passion for transforming great ideas into amazing product that delights customers and users alike
- A collaborative rebel - team player who can use their superior work ethic to roll up their sleeves and deliver
- Develop scope and define backlog items (epics/user stories) that guide the Agile software development team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product.
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
- Experience working in Agile / Kanban work environment and related tools of the trade (Aha, Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO®) certification a plus.
- Experience defining a product roadmap.
- Deep understanding and experience with Agile methodologies.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal.
- Proven ability to develop, coach, motivate, and mentor.
