Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant - Cut Cover Plan Specialist

The Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant specializing in Cut Cover Plans is responsible for configuring, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits plans within the Oracle HCM Cloud platform. This role focuses on designing and administering Cut Cover Plans to ensure seamless transitions for employees changing roles or positions.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan Design and Configuration:

  • Collaborate with HR and compensation teams to understand organizational policies and requirements for Cut Cover Plans.
  • Configure and customize the Oracle HCM Cloud system to accommodate the specific rules and parameters of Cut Cover Plans.
  • Ensure that the plans are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.

Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data within the Oracle HCM Cloud system, including job changes and transitions.
  • Monitor data integrity to ensure that Cut Cover Plans are administered correctly.

Employee Support:

  • Provide guidance and support to employees who are transitioning between roles and are eligible for Cut Cover Plans.
  • Address employee inquiries and concerns related to compensation and benefits during job changes.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Generate reports and analytics related to Cut Cover Plans, including utilization, costs, and compliance metrics.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Compliance and Auditing:

  • Ensure that Cut Cover Plans comply with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Assist in auditing and reconciling benefits and compensation data related to these plans.

Documentation and Training:

  • Create and maintain documentation for Cut Cover Plan processes and procedures.
  • Train HR personnel and employees on the use and administration of these plans.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated on Oracle HCM Cloud system updates and enhancements.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to streamline the management of Cut Cover Plans.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, with a focus on compensation and benefits module.
  • Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of HR compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
