Job Description :
  • 15 Years in Industry  with Agile SAFE ways of working
  • Need experience in customer management
  • Executing  ASM and AD projects 
  • Handling a team size of 50 with multiple SOW.

Expertise :

  • Delivering end to end Integration projects across on-prem and cloud platforms for Workers Compensation and Commercial Lines Insurance
  • Knowledge of Gathering, analyzing, designing, and configuring data pipelines to meet business requirements for insurance domains;
  • SAFe Agile based program delivery
  • Awareness of Guidewire Insurance Suite integrations are preferred, but optional
  • Knowledge/awareness of enterprise integration architecture, data warehouse, DevOps and AWS cloud services

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Delivering Property & Casualty Commercial lines Insurance projects across enterprise integration, data warehouse, cloud enablement and AWS cloud services
  • Drive high-priority time-sensitive projects in SAFe Agile that require coordination between multiple Agile teams and various stakeholders across the organization on a tactical and strategic level. Identify dependencies, guide decision-making, solve problems, and provide analytical insights about the project performance.
  • Develop strategy and functionality, and demonstrate functional solutions to business, IT client, and the development team.
  • Identify and assess complex problems, and create solutions that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors and will be implemented by the team.
  • Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments, and make decisions that impact the team through regular consultation with senior management.
  • Oversee projects within your program, monitoring their progress and the status of the work teams engage in, ensuring successful, timely deliveries.
  • Identify and surface any bottlenecks and impediments that slow delivery momentum within program. Continually work on improving the program structure and processes, proposing optimization opportunities by constantly iterating working methods
  • Build sustainable and great relationships between the PMO team and stakeholders across customer.
  • Work with the rest of the PMO team to further develop the function, ensuring it results in a healthy, collaborative, continuously improving Agile delivery culture
  • Teach or mentor less experienced in modern Agile concepts, values, principles, practices, and better SAFe implementation/management practices.
