Key Required Skills:
- Experience in scripting to automate and streamline call center functions.
- Proven ability to support and implement call center services effectively.
- Familiarity with call center applications such as Amazon Connect and Genesys.
Position Description:
- Provide technical and analytical support to several large contact center sites.
- Act as a key technical resource during project implementations; provide authoritative technical guidance to customer and project team.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, able to explain technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences, and interface with customers daily.
- Identify and research process improvements or develop new processes as needed.
- Leverage Verint’s reporting and other BI tools for software integration and utilization.
- Support SQL database operations for N8NN performance metrics reporting.
- Facilitate BI migration to new technologies (Quicksight, Tableau, WebFOCUS).
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Skills Requirements:
Foundation for Success (Basic Qualifications)
- 5+ years of experience in database administration and transformation.
- 3+ years of experience in reporting and visualization.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance (contract requirement).
- Must work on-site in Woodlawn, MD, 5 days a week.

- Proficiency in data analysis, SQL development, and database administration.
- Experience in ETL processes and development.
- Strong skills in reporting/visualization (Tableau preferred).
- Experience in data modeling for strategic decision-making.
